All BNG Fitness products are delivered online. There are no physical goods and nothing is shipped.

12-Week Build (Self-Guided and Coached)

• After payment, you fill in (or have already filled in) the client questionnaire.
• Within 24 hours you receive an email with your login to the BNG app, usually much sooner.
• The app works in the web browser on your phone, tablet or computer. Nothing needs to be installed.
• Your access lasts for the full 12 weeks of the program, plus 2 extra weeks to finish missed sessions.
• Coached clients: we email you within 24 hours to book your kick-off call.

1:1 coaching calls

After payment we email you within 24 hours to agree on a time. Calls take place online by video call (for example WhatsApp, Zoom or Google Meet).

Problems with access

If you haven't received your login within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then email hankoosthuizen84@gmail.com. We will fix it the same working day.
